Hi, i'm still at school and was wondering what qualifications employers are looking for? How many GCSE's and A-levels are required? i know each training school has their own requirements but what about the airlines? cheers luke.

Hi William, I've found your site by chance on google and really enjoyed reading your insights. I'm still trying to go the sponsored integrated route, but whatever way, I know it will be difficult, and it's always good to know other people's experiences. Can't believe you have time between working, learning to fly and theory to build a site like this. Good work.

Hi William, Great To JC is still flying, I first learnt to fly in JC back in 1982 when she belong to Eastern Counties Aero Club at Southend Airport. We had 4 Victa Airtourers, and I thought they were A great aircfraft to fly. I'll sort out some old pics she used to be all yellow back then.

Interesting stuff Will! I did my PPL at Inverness over summer 2007 (long holidays being the only benefit of being a teacher!). I'm now located in the South East and have just started my night rating at Manston Airport in Kent. It's good to see somebody who's a few stages ahead of me making good progress - it keeps me focused. Keep up the good work!
